32 WEEKS!

I am 32 weeks today! Not feeling too much of a difference lately though. But I have had terrible heartburn the past couple nights. I bet Mason will have a head full of hair just like Brendon did. My next dr apt is this coming Tuesday I am pretty excited for it. I bought some organic raspberry leaf tea today, I have read about how it helps tone and strengthen the uterus to help during labor and had my first cup tonight. I figured since it wasn't sweet that it would taste bad but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it tasted. I plan on having 1-2 cups a day for a couple weeks then increase the amount when I am full term. I REALLY hope that I go into labor naturally this time, I would love that. I hated being induced with Brendon and having all the complications. I want to start walking a lot more lately, it is just hard with Dennis' schedule. I hate when it is just me and Brendon bc I worry we'll be harassed by crazy people or attacked by a dog or something lol. But we'll see. On another note, I'm still wondering about braxton hicks. I am not sure if Mason is pressing against me (as in I'm feeling his back or butt or something) or if it's BH contractions. It happens randomly all the time. And I still feel him moving very low. and he gets hiccups at least once a day and I feel it low too as if he was head down. I would love to go on and have another 3D4D u/s soon but our finances are pretty tight right now esp w/ Christmas right around the corner. Our baby shower is exactly 2 weeks from today I am excited for it since I am pretty much throwing it myself with the help of a couple people so I know it'll be fun, assuming people actually show up. As far as clothes go, mine are not fitting very well lately haha I have a few pairs of jeans (including maternity)  that I can squeeze into. I think I'll be in the sweat pants only phase very soon which isn't great because of all the family get togethers in the near future (Thanksgiving, Christmas, ect). Anyway, I'm signing off for now. Going to finish watching Ratatouille with Brendon then hitting the hay.

Week 31! Officially 8 months!

Today I am 31 weeks 2 days :) 61 days til DD! I've been experiencing some fatigue and heartburn the past couple of days. Also, I had my 1st baby shower this past Saturday. Not a lot of people showed up, but it made me feel more comfortable with the people who were there. We had a good time! My next shower is Dec 4, which I am looking forward to. I plan on buying whatever we don't get at our shower as my Christmas present this year, since there is still quite a bit of things we still need to get for Mason. (As well some things I "want" not necessarily "need") I definitely have started the nesting phase, and am finding myself anxious to have everything ready. We only have about 5 weeks until I am full term, 9 until due date. That isn't as long as it sounds, especially seeing how the past 31 weeks have gone by so quickly! And I'll have Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years to make the time fly by even faster! I am so excited though! Excited for labor, and excited to meet our new addition!

How my body has changed in the past 30 weeks :)

WOW -> it's already week 30 :)

I cannot believe I have been pregnant for 30 weeks already! Approximately 10 to go! I guess since this is my second pregnancy and my toddler, Brendon, keeps me busy it just helps the time fly by! Mason has been very active lately and it's crazy how I can feel his little butt at the top of my stomach and feel his hands moving as low as my pubic bone! I didn't know I would be able to feel him so low! My first baby shower is this coming Saturday. I'm pretty excited about it! My next one is the 4th of December, I'm ready for them both so I can finish up the nursery! I also am planning on having a 3D/4D ultrasound soon. I'm anxious to see how Mason has grown and changed! Gosh, I cannot wait to meet him! & I know that Brendon will be a GREAT big brother!! <3 I have an appointment tomorrow morning (I'll be 30w2d) Not expecting anything other then the regular check up. Not excited about stepping on the scale, but I am excited to hear his heart beat :)
